All gravy is pre-order for November dispatch. We confirm your dispatch date by email. Chilled delivery from Northern Ireland. If the batch is delayed, we email you with a new date and the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Chilled delivery
Keep refrigerated at 5C or below on arrival. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 11 days and by the use-by date. Suitable for home freezing - see product pages.
Delivery areas and charges
We deliver to the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Chilled delivery from Northern Ireland.
- UK Standard Delivery: £2.49 (Free on full-price 2-pouch and 4-pouch orders. Standard delivery charges apply to single pouches and orders using promotional discount codes).
- Republic of Ireland Delivery: £3.99 (converted to EUR at checkout).
If your area cannot take chilled delivery, we will tell you before dispatch and refund if needed.
Subscriptions
Single pouches are one-off purchases. The 2-pouch pack can also be bought as a subscription delivered every 2 weeks, and the 4-pouch pack every 4 weeks, each at 10% off the one-off price.
Your first payment is taken at checkout. After that you are charged on each next order date until you cancel. While the first batch is on pre-order, we will move your second payment so it falls after your first box has been dispatched.
Half-price launch offers apply to your first subscription payment only. Later payments are charged at the subscription price.
There is no minimum term. To cancel or change your subscription, email garrett@branandbirdys.com before your next order date.
